Executive Teambuilding

Performance Partners customizes executive retreat events to the exact needs of the team.  In addition we offer coaching during normal meeting times to increase the effectiveness of meetings, communication, partnership building and decision-making processes.

We help teams understand how effective teams develop and analyze the current situation in the team.  We then support teams in two areas:

Partnership Building:  Learning how to create high trust relationships, give and receive feedback, and address partnership breakdowns effectively.

Goal Achievement:  We help teams clarify their structure and focus: mission, goals, strategies, structure, roles and responsibilities.  We then support teams in learning how to continuously monitor performance and improve their processes and results.

To customize a teambuilding event, our process usually includes:

1. Clarifying the desired outcomes of the event.

2. Data collection to understand the current situation, including our High Performance Team assessment inventory.

3. Designing and facilitating the event to achieve the desired outcomes.

4. De-briefing with the client and  developing recommendations for next steps.
