Breakthrough Executive Coaching We offer private coaching to executives who want to deepen their leadership strengths and address patterns of thinking and acting that seem counterproductive to the results they want to achieve. Breakthroughs occur from a dramatic shift in thinking. A whole new perspective opens a realm of new possibilities that then translates into new practices and results, reaping benefits for individual executives and their companies. During a six month time frame, we support the executive in achieving two specific outcomes that they choose. In the process, executives discover their personal vision and values and align the choices they make and transform the outcomes they achieve. The series includes 8 sessions that are 1.5-2 hours in length, scheduled within an 8-month time frame. The series is customized to the client but often include: Session 1: Understanding the current situation and desired focus and outcomes for the coaching. Understanding how we create our own reality and outcomes. Session 2: Understanding preferred learning style and Seeing Dominant Thinking Patterns
(Two assessments are used for this session) Session 3: Personal vision and values. Session 4: Creating an action experiment. Trying new ways of thinking and acting. Session 5: Reflective learning: what is working, not working? What adjustments need to be made in the assumptions I am operating from, the actions I am taking? Session 6: Reflective learning on action experiment. Centering and grounding exercises—how to stay centered in “the white water.” Session 7: Reflective learning on action experiment. Doing more in depth exploration of a counterproductive pattern of operating. Session 8: Recognition and appreciation of outcomes and learning from the series. Charting the next steps in personal development plan. Also included in the series are unlimited e-mail and phone consultations, articles, books and assessment instruments.
