About our Founder: Connie Meyer 
Connie supports executives and their teams in creating and leading healthy, thriving organizations. The focus of her approach is building the capacity of the executive team to be successful in creating and implementing exciting new visions and strategies, developing robust management performance systems and creating the conditions and structures that nurture the human spirit. Over the past 17 years she has completed over 200 projects in strategic change, executive and team development and organization transformation. Her experience includes working with the executive teams in Fortune 50 service, financial, health care, and large federal government agencies. Connie is primarily known for her work in cutting edge leadership development and culture change. Over 2300 executives have participated in her leadership development programs. She supports successful implementation of change strategies by involving stakeholders, customers, and all levels of employees in the visioning and planning stage, thus building the understanding and support that creates effective implementation. Her private sector background includes positions as Director of Quality for Johnson & Johnson Health Management, Inc. and Director of Organization Development at Freddie Mac.
