It has been our privilege to support the Executive Director and the Office of the CFO and key stakeholders in developing a new approach to Strategic Planning that enabled NEA to develop strategies and plans at every level to support the new core values, mission and vision of the Association. This focused, results based process served as a major change intervention in heralding the beginning of a higher performance, results based organization.
As part of this work we facilitated a process for the Executive Team to clarify the strategic goals and provided training for all executive staff in how to develop results based tactics and activities. In addition we assisted in the development of a Strategy Map, scorecard and operational review process.
Other work that we have done at NEA is to provide Executive Coaching, Executive Teambuilding and support for culture change. Our Strategic Start® program has supported newly hired or promoted executives successfully “jump start” thriving from the first day, supporting productivity and continuity.

Since 2004, Connie Meyer, President of Performance Partners, has been providing support to the Office of the CFO- improving strategic focus and helping to create a healthy, thriving culture.
In addition Connie is the executive coach for more than 20 NASA executives.

To support them in making sure their culture and structure was aligned to providing extraordinary customer service and safety, we supported them in engaging employees, customers and key stakeholders in developing a Best Care Cultural vision.
In addition we also supported a major restructuring of the operations area to streamline the process. Engaging the people closest to the work in identifying the solutions accelerated the process and resulted in increased efficiencies and productivity.
