I’m Connie Meyer, founder and president of Performance Partners. My clients know me as a key advisor and consultant on organization change, an engaging facilitator of executive team retreats and a trusted coach for executives and organizations seeking to raise their leadership to the next level.
With over 25 years of experience working with executive teams, I have the ability to see your organization system as a whole. This enables me to quickly understand underlying issues and develop customized solutions to the challenges you are facing.
Since 1989, my company has supported executives and teams like yours in creating and leading healthy, thriving organizations. My clients trust me to quickly assemble a consulting team that is an exact match to their needs. Before founding Performance Partners, I served as Director of Quality for a Johnson & Johnson subsiderary, and Director of Organization Development and Executive Development at Freddie Mac.
